What I do & what’s in it for you?

I am a St. Stephen’s College alumnus having over 30 years of extensive and enriching cross-functional experience in Operations, Execution & Sourcing leadership in Apparel Manufacturing industry.

During my career graph, I have worked at different senior management positions in various Export Houses and Retail Companies including Corporate set-ups.

The people who know me, call me a ‘perfectionist’ in anything and everything I do/venture into, with very high focus on commitment, quality, discipline, execution & delivery.

My core strengths include logical thinking, good planning & execution, analytical & problem solving, data & number analysis and excellent communication & team management skills.

I am a self motivating person who strongly believes in human potential and passion for improving lives.

I believe even the brightest brain needs a good launch pad with the right guidance at the right time to make the best and meaningful career for himself/herself.

I am passionate about being with people and mentoring them to achieve their near & long term goals in a simple & logical manner.

By helping individuals realise their true potential, thus enabling them to utilise it to the optimum, I try my bit to contribute to individual’s life & thus society, in general & the nation, as a whole.
